I started in computer graphics, got pulled into the messy human side of software, and never looked back. The throughline is bridging business, design, and engineering — sit with users, frame the problem, ship the fix, watch the metric move. Surgeons, factory floors, shelters: different problem, same craft.

ShiftForge — the labor operations layer between staffing agencies and the plant floor
Staffing tools win on billing; manufacturing WFM tools win on coverage. Neither does both — and hybrid buyers pay the seam in 6+ hours of weekly reconciliation. ShiftForge is the orchestration layer: a shared data model, two purpose-built consoles, and an AI agent fabric that moves work forward between human approval checkpoints. Agents propose; humans decide.
An AI imaging platform guiding stent placement in cardiac surgery
Defined product requirements, workflow specs, and success metrics for ComKardia, partnering directly with the surgeon customer to architect a pre-procedure decision workflow.
The first B2B raw-materials exchange — built from scratch
Led strategy and end-to-end execution: transaction flows for manufacturers offloading surplus and sourcing below-MOQ quantities, then designed its AI-native, agent-mediated evolution.

Owned roadmap and design for temp-work fulfillment and invoicing, anchoring redesign decisions in live transaction audits and shipping role-based access & org-management for enterprise readiness.

Led discovery and end-to-end delivery across AR/VR, web, and mobile — translating regulated technical subject matter into deployed training simulations and compliance products.
Where I've shipped.
- Led 0→1 strategy, hybrid AI–human workflow design, and end-to-end build of a B2B staffing platform — routing gaps, exceptions, and approvals to human review while automating coordination across production, HR, and finance. Validated by industry-leader interest.
- Designed and built a shelter-to-adopter mobile app solo with design-partner shelters — streamlining adoption to cut repeat applications and drive shelter traffic.
- Led the first B2B raw-materials exchange end-to-end — 100 transactions across 20 design partners in six months.
- Owned the daily ops software finance & HR run for fulfillment and invoicing; defined PRDs, role-based access, and org management for enterprise readiness — landing 3 enterprise contracts while building and leading a 3-person design team and the design system.
- Led discovery-to-delivery across AR/VR, web, and mobile for clients including NASA and OSHA — translating regulated technical material into deployed training simulations.
- Established PRDs, roadmapping, and prioritization as a delivery practice — growing recurring contracts and grant funding.
